Daniel Bonaroti, PT, MPT
Daniel Bonaroti, MPT has been in the traumatic rehabilitation field for over 20 years. He has directed rehabilitation programs for clients with Spinal Cord Injuries and Amputations in Pennsylvania and Arizona, assisting clients from pediatric to adult and from ventilator dependence to high level running abilities.
Mr Bonaroti trained at world famous rehabilitation programs, including Rancho Los Amigos in California, as well as The Shriner’s Hospital for Children Spinal Cord Injury Research Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Mr Bonaroti has published in the fields of gait rehabilitation, electrical stimulation in rehabilitation, shoulder management and seating in wheelchair users. Mr. Bonaroti has served on the National Spinal Cord Injury Association Board and currently serves in the Disability Ministry of Joni Eareckson-Tada.
Mr Bonaroti is the founder and owner of Touchstone Rehabilitation in Phoenix, Arizona. He resides in Gilbert, Arizona with his wife Heidi, an Occupational Therapist, and his 2 sons Colter and Ben.

Lauren Griffin, PT, DPT
Lauren Griffin, PT, DPT was born and raised in Chandler, Arizona and received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from A.T. Still University in Mesa, Arizona in 2017. Lauren enjoys participating in community events by bringing awareness to various conditions through exercise and fundraising! Lauren is also certified in LoveYourBrain Yoga for Traumatic Brain Injury survivors. When she is not working in the clinic Lauren is often traveling, cooking dinner, playing with her rescue puppy, Kinsley and participating in regular physical activity like yoga and Orange Theory Fitness. She has been an LSVT BIG Parkinson’s Clinician since 2013 and is extremely passionate about treating individuals with Parkinson’s disease and movement disorders. She is also a member of the Geriatric, Neurology and Vestibular Sections of the American Physical Therapy Association and was selected to present her research at the 2018 Combined Section Meeting in New Orleans.
She brings a wealth of knowledge and excitement to Touchstone Rehabilitation and enhances the lives of those living with neurological impairments through detailed patient education, patient empowerment and evidence-based research. We are thrilled to have her as a part of our team!
Dr. Kelly Allegro PT, DPT
Dr. Kelly Allegro PT, DPT is a native from Miami, FL, fluent in both English and Spanish. She received her Bachelors in Exercise Physiology from Florida State University and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from A.T. Still University. Since graduating from A.T. Still University, Kelly has demonstrated a passion in persons with neurological conditions. Kelly is a certified clinician with Rewalk Robotics, RIDE design custom wheelchair seating, certified in Integrative Dry Needling and a certified vestibular therapist through the American Institute of Balance. Kelly has completed a variety of continuing education courses focused on Upper and Lower Extremity Prosthetics and Vestibular/Concussion Rehabilitation. Kelly also serves as adjunct faculty at A.T. Still University and University of South Florida, focusing on Prosthetic and Orthotic management.
Outside of the clinic, Kelly enjoys training for Triathlons, hiking, camping, traveling, and spending time with her husband and son while enjoying all things from her Cuban roots.
