Daniel Bonaroti, MPT has been in the traumatic rehabilitation field for 20 years. He has directed rehabilitation programs for clients with Spinal Cord Injuries and Amputations in Pennsylvania and Arizona, assisting clients from pediatric to adult and from ventilator dependence to high level running abilities. Mr Bonaroti trained at world famous rehabilitation programs, including Rancho Los Amigos in California, as well as The Shriner’s Hospital for Children Spinal Cord Injury Research Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Mr Bonaroti has published in the fields of gait rehabilitation, electrical stimulation in rehabilitation, shoulder management and seating in wheelchair users. Touchstone Rehabilitation is currently collaborating on a study with the Department of Defense and AT Still University testing sensory feedback in helping people with an amputation learn to walk faster and better with a prosthetic. Mr. Bonaroti has served on the National Spinal Cord Injury Association Board and currently serves in the Disability Ministry of Joni Eareckson-Tada. Mr Bonaroti is the founder and owner of Touchstone Rehabilitation in Phoenix, Arizona. He resides in Gilbert, Arizona with his wife Heidi, an Occupational Therapist, and his 2 sons Colter and Ben. Our family fights this battle of recovery with you, as we battle Autism with our son Ben. Ben’s rehabilitation program includes Speech, Occupational, Physical and Behavioral Therapy, in addition to Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber treatments and other Biomedical Treatment approaches.
